Here at Odila + Porter, we aim to be thoroughly transparent with you - No off-the-wall agent/distribution fees or high supply chain overheads. Instead, our team work tirelessly to source our products from our manufacturing partners all around the world, and ship directly to you.
- Standard Worldwide Shipping: Free (14 to 21 Days)
- Express US Shipping: Free (7 -12 days)
Do note that it takes 2-3 Business Days to process and ship out your orders.
As soon as your product ships out, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times. Do note that your purchases from the same order may also be split into multiple shipments and may come in separate packaging.
We will not take responsibility should the parcel is found missing/stolen after delivered as indicated by the tracking information provided by the local postal/ courier servicer. Customers shall reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: "Left under the table on the back porch."
