Our 180-Day Flatware Protection warranty plan is exclusively available for our flatware set. With a steadfast commitment to the quality of our products, we take pride in offering this warranty to instill confidence in your purchase. It guarantees that your flatware is shielded against any potential defects in materials and workmanship for a duration of 180 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

During the 180-Day Flatware Protection Warranty period, we will replace, at our discretion, any flatware items that are found to be defective due to manufacturing issues or materials. Coverage includes but is not limited to:

  • Color finish that are chipped or cracked
  • Rust caused by manufacturing defects
  • Issues with the design or structure of the flatware

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, or mishandling
  • Improper cleaning or maintenance
  • Accidental damage
  • Commercial use (this warranty is for residential use only)
  • Unauthorized modifications or alterations
  • Loss or theft

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your flatware is eligible for warranty service, please follow these steps:

Step 2: Provide the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Step 3: Our Customer Support Team will review your claim and guide you through the next steps. This process should take around 3-5 business days.

Warranty Resolution

If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Replace the items, without having you to return the defective products

The cost of shipping the items to you will be covered by us as well.
